Joel has worked on projects from the concept and design feasibility stage through to project management and site-based services which include commercial, schools, hospitals, retail, MOD, residential and industrial. Joel has gained wide exposure to many different facets of MEP design services and over time has gained a broad level of commercial awareness.

Joel has 21 years of experience in the industry, working for multidisciplinary practices, contractors and consulting engineers. As Regional Director of Birmingham, Joel insists on maintaining an active, ‘hands-on’ strategic role in his projects.

Sean’s design work experience is extensive throughout the industry, including complex building services. He also has experience in identifying existing plant and infrastructure and evaluating for retention/replacement. He is a keen renewables and low carbon advocate.

Sean has 38 years of experience in all aspects of design engineering including commissioning, surveying, financial reporting, workflow planning, project estimating, instruction costing and project management.

Mark has worked on a wide range of projects with responsibilities ranging from the concept and design feasibility stage to project management and site-based services. He has considerable project experience in sectors including commercial, local government, schools, hospitals, financial sectors, HM Services, retail, MOD, residential and industrial.

Mark runs our Birmingham office and has previously worked for multidisciplinary practices, contractors and local authorities.
